2016 Summer Hiatus

It's official!!! Too hot to sew and probably too hot to climb. We are pretty much closed until mid September.

So, before you panic, here is how this works: If you need some product, email us first to see if we are around. We will still probably make it for you. If you have an order in here already, with a drop dead before September, your stuff will arrive on time for when you needed it. You won't even know we are closed.

If you want something for the Fall climbing season, ORDER IT NOW! Do not wait to order... get your orders in here now to ensure delivery when it cools off.

YES.... we are taking orders and shipping like dogs

I keep getting asked if we are around and shipping stuff.  Yes we are.  We are also super busy so be sure of your expected delivery dates. Remember:  Ledges are taking between 4 and 6 weeks to get out the door.  If you want one this year, order sooner rather than later.

Here is a loose rundown of the production schedule for the rest of 2016/17:

May and June... here, working and super busy.

July, Aug and into mid September:  Basically closed from the heat.  But, we are still taking orders and making stuff if you really need it.  If you want a delivery date in those months, that is not a problem, especially if you order in May or June.

Late Sept until Mid December:  Fall production in full swing.  Christmas orders should be in by the first week of December.  Our last shipping day for Xmas delivery will be 12/20.  After the last order for Xmas goes out the door we shut down until it warms up a bit.

January, February, into mid March:  Basically closed but making stuff as needed.  We may be around, we may not.  Email us before you hinge all your hopes and dreams on getting something out of here.

Fair Warning!!!

Order up NOW for anything you might need for your scorching summer walls.  We will be laying low starting on July 1st for at least a couple months or more, waiting for it to cool off.  You can also order anytime for Fall delivery from our site, and early ordering is recommended.

If you are really dying for something after July 1st, email us to see if we are around.  Most likely I'll be slurping margaritas in the shade, but could pump out some stuff if you really needed it.  Best case is to order NOW for any Sept/Oct delivery dates.

Back at it for Spring of 2015

We are back in the factory and cranking away on orders.  Order up now for all your summer wall needs.  We will be shutting down again on July 1st, so adjust your panic accordingly.  We we re-open after the heat_wave in late August or Early September.  You can order during this period, but check with us first via email to make sure we are around the factory.

Times up! Email us before trying to order, anything.

We will sorta be closed from now (Dec. 16) until Spring which will be about April 15th.... that does not mean you can't order stuff. It means we will be a bit slower than normal on getting back to you via email and rush orders will only be a dream.

If you need something, email us to see if we are around and able to make you some stuff. If you want a portaledge for Spring, order it now. If you know you are doing ElCap this Spring or Summer, order your swag early to insure timely delivery.

Those of you with pending orders, your stuff is still in the production schedule and will be shipped according to your drop dead date.

Christmas 2014 ordering info:

Last day to submit an order with any hope of Christmas delivery is Sunday, 12/14.  Cry all you want, but there are no production hours left to make and ship FISH stuff in time for Christmas.

As of this moment, everyone with an order in here with a pre_Christmas delivery date will be fine and your stuff will arrive on time.

Of course, you can still order anytime for stuff to be delivered after the Holidays.

2014 Christmas Ordering and stuff...

It's that time again!  If you are looking to get some FISH stuff under the tree, you need to order PRONTO!

Our last shipping day will be the 20th of Dec.  Ideally all orders will be long gone before then, but that will be the last day for us to go to the Post Office.

If you are just trying to get some gear that does NOT have to be there by Christmas, order up anytime.  We'll ship it after the Christmas rush.

And remember... after Christmas we are usually not around much from January until March.  More on that later....

Back!!!

We are back from the Summer Hiatus... well, most of us.  Some of the crew is still out for a couple more weeks.

Things are crazy busy right now and if you wanted an inside tip, pssssst......  we are going to run out of Portaledge parts in about one more ledge order.  More are getting tooled up, but sometimes there are shortages that last months.  Who will get the lucky ledge???

Summer Hiatus

We will be mostly out of the shop/office from June 27th until late August.  Ya'll know it is too hot to climb anyway, so get your Fall orders ready and send them in now.

During our hiatus we might be a bit slow in answering emails but we will still be accepting orders for Fall delivery and we can ship out some small stuff ASAP if you really need it.  If you have an order in here already with a drop dead date during our vacations time, it will be completed and shipped just like normal, and on time.

Email us to see if we can get you an ASAP order.  Things like portaledges will be a problem, but if you need some Wall Bags, or a Snake Charmer or a haul bag or something, we can probably get that out to you pretty quick.

Out Of Town (till May 19th)

We are out of town until May 19th.  You can order up and do all that stuff, but probably won't get a reply until we return.  The good news is all the orders that had to go before we left have GONE!  Any drop dead dates up to the 19th of May are covered and your stuff will arrive on time.

It's March and We're Back!

We will be back on a quasi full time schedule starting on Monday 3/17.  As always, order real early for anything big like portaledges.  Our next vacation will probably be in late June through July, so plan accordingly.

Almost Back! Spring 2014

We are actually thinking about getting back to work... something like mid_March looks a lot like a "go" date to be back in full action.

If you have an order in with us right now, and tons of you guys do, your March drop dead dates will be fine.  If we have not confirmed your order, then email us again.

If you are thinking you want a Portaledge and are holding off on ordering, don't.  There have been a ton of ledges ordered while we were on vacation and the next window for getting yours delivered, if you ordered right now, is mid April.  March production is basically full and there is no more time to make you a ledge for anything earlier than about April 15th.  A May delivery might even be in the cards.  Sorry, but a bunch of early birds have done snatched the worm on this one.

No more orders!!

Thanks for all the Christmas orders, and as of right now our production schedule is full.  All the stuff that had to go out to get under the tree is scheduled and on time.  Stuff that was not an actual gift will follow up right behind it and arrive after Christmas.

We will be mostly shut down from just about now until sometime in late February or early March.  You can still order stuff for Spring, and even place orders for stuff you might want before then, but there is a good chance we will not be around.  Email us first before any big plans and before you place your order.  It might take a few days to get back to you as hopefully we'll be out climbing.

Christmas is upon us!

Our production schedule for delivery before Christmas is fast filling up.  Order quick if you want anything substantial, like a Haul Bag or some Luggage.  We should be able to fit in a few trinkets right up to our last shipping day, which will be 12/18.  If you live in California, you get until 12/20 as our last shipping day.

Remember that after 12/20 will will be mostly shut down until sometime in February.  We will still be taking orders and shipping stuff, but will be slower than normal, and might be out of town for a while.

Ok, it is mid August and we're back it the shop and ready to get some work done.

It is like a bomb went off in here so it will take a few days to get up and running and organized, but now is the time to order your Fall wall gear.  The best time to be in Yosemite is the Fall, and I know you need some stuff.  Order up!

We're BACK!

We will be back on the program on March 18th.  If you have been sitting on a order waiting to send it in, now is the time.  Things will be pretty busy for the first week or so as far as emails and catching up on all the stuff that has rolled in while we were gone.  Sit tight, we'll get to you.

Winter Hiatus 2012 / 2013

All of our 2012 Christmas orders are shipped and due to arrive on or before your Drop_Dead_Date.  Thanks for making this another great year!

If you had an order in here with a due date of sometime just after Christmas, those will also be in the works and delivered on time.

So, as we do every year, FISH will be mostly shut down until sometime in mid March.  If you want anything, you must email us first to see if we are even around.  You can still place orders for a delivery in late March or later, and we would encourage you to do so.  Get them orders in early so we can plan production and get the stuff out the door in time for your Spring and Summer plans.  See you in 2013!

Order NOW for Xmas 2012 Delivery

Start thinking about getting your Christmas orders into us as soon as you can.  If you want a Portaledge under the tree this year, the order should be in here around the 1st of December to ensure delivery by the 25th.  And remember, after Christmas we usually scale back all things FISH until Spring.  Orders can still come in, and we will be shipping stuff out, but response time can get slow.  Plan accordingly.

We're Back!

Back in the office starting right now.... things will be a bit slow for a few days while we get back into the groove.  Go easy on us.

Hey!  The heat is almost done and Fall wall season is coming up fast.  Get your orders in now for the rest of the season.  Ledges are a 3 to 4 week delivery time and haul bags and stuff should be about  a week or two from when you order.  Don't wait!  Order up soon!

Summer Hiatus

FISH will be sorta closed starting June 1st until maybe the end of July.

What this means is email confirmations of orders and inquiries might take a few days until we can get back to you.  Panic orders for large items are probably not going to happen within that time frame.  Feel free to ask if we are around and might be able to make you something, like a Haul Bag, some Aiders, perhaps a few Daisy Chains etc... Stuff like that should not be a problem.

If you are going to want something like a Portaledge for your Fall wall season, now would be a good time to get that order in here so we can plan it out and get you the goods when we return.  Use the order form on the site and send it on in with your drop dead date and all the vital info.

If you already have an order in here, it will be produced and shipped according to your drop dead date.  Our summer hiatus should not affect you.
